With workforces increasingly remote and digitally savvy, legacy training and upskilling processes are falling out of favor. They're not incredibly effective either, with some reports suggesting that the majority of information learned over training is forgotten within a month. 1Huddle is offering an alternative.
The platform allows managers to build short quizzes that can be accessed via mobile and engaged with on a daily basis: whilst on break, between tasks, or even off shift. The idea is that consistent and gamified reinforcement will help new hires and trainees to retain information for longer.
This novel and effective approach has landed 1Huddle a lot of press exposure. This buzz is likely to grow, too. As younger generations enter the workforce, the idea of replacing low-engagement legacy testing with mobile-first, microburst learning is not only going to seem fresh - it’s going to become increasingly aligned with the needs of new learners.
