To create a world where infrastructure creates opportunity for everyone.

Our take

An international leader in global infrastructure, AECOM works with both public and private sector clients to deliver and develop infrastructure projects. Working across the entire project lifecycle, the Fortune 500 firm advises, plans, designs, engineers and manages projects across the water, environment, energy, transportation and buildings sectors.

A legacy company with a pre-merger history dating back more than a century, AECOM was named the number one design firm by Engineering News-Record in 2025. It’s differentiated itself through a focus on sustainability and digital innovation. The latter is evidenced by its acquisition of Consigli in 2025, which added embedded predictive software, a crucial USP in a margin-pressured construction market, to AECOM’s offerings.

In 2026, AECOM announced its partnership with two British energy companies, helping to develop a private-sector nuclear power plant in the UK. AECOM, then, is paving the way for pioneering clean energy solutions and maintains a leading and adventurous edge in the infrastructure market.
