Our take
Alertive provides a secure, integrated, and up-to-date remote patient monitoring (RPM) application developed with NHS Trusts. It saves healthcare workers time and helps them to be more effective, by providing them with accurate real-time information and an easier way to monitor patients.
The application's full pager-replacement functionality allows providers to manage patients proactively across a range of specialties spanning primary care, cardiology, neurology, and nephrology. Alertive’s platform records physiological data from patients and sends intelligent alerts to providers to streamline documentation and decrease treatment time for critical chronic conditions.
Alertive was acquired by Carbon Health in 2021 to enable the acceleration of Carbon Health’s omnichannel care delivery strategy, the extension of its home-based care capabilities, and the expansion of its remote patient care offerings. It will continue to partner with Alertive’s provider customers to serve a broader range of patients for post-acute care and chronic condition management.
