Our take

For the 1 in 3 women living with chronic hormone-related health conditions, the road to diagnosis and treatment can be long and complex. This takes a toll both mentally and physically and can drastically impact a woman’s overall quality of life. Allara helps ease this burden, as it is the first collaborative care platform for women with chronic health conditions that helps women get the care they need.

Allara’s reimagined approach to care begins with personalized plans that are evidence driven, empathetic, and community based. Its online platform connects women with doctors, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, as well as a community of coaches and other women on similar journeys.

Founded by Rachel Blank after struggling with the lack of a community and comprehensive resources after being diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) herself, Allara is well set to see growth as more of the millions of women with chronic hormone-related conditions discover the Allara community.
