Our take
Apaleo is a cloud-based open management platform that helps businesses in the hospitality industry cater to their guests - enhancing their experience and optimising staff efficiency, as well as maximising revenue.
A huge hurdle for hotels is the lack of seamlessly integrated applications, due to mission data standardisation and limited integration capabilities. Apaleo aims to change this, through its open platform and API-first approach which makes implementation easy for its clients.
The company has been received well by the industry, in part showcased by its collaboration with hotel review and recommendation platform Hotelhero in 2021, as well as the substantial funding it has received. The latest investment is cited to support product development plans and help consolidate Apaleo's market-leading position in Germany, while also accelerating its expansion throughout other countries across Europe.
