Our take
Many people across the world have invested in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, and doing so on a small scale is relatively simple. However, setting up the infrastructure and strategies necessary to trade within an institutional investment firm is highly complex, with volatile systems resulting in loss of productivity and even financial risk.
Aplo provides an institutional cryptocurrency investment platform in the EU, designed to work seamlessly, have a zero-hassle setup, and be accessible to investment firms that are not familiar with crypto. The platform offers hundreds of tradable pairs, in addition to a suite of financial tools such as for spot trading, yield, leverage, and cross-margin trades.
Whilst many institutional firms already use institutional cryptocurrency trading infrastructure, Aplo has been wise to recognize that the technological challenges of achieving this prevent many firms from doing so. Through its focus on providing a turn-key solution and its provision of advanced trading tools, the company aims to increase accessibility to institutional crypto trading and support its clients along the way.
