Aptiv claims to have an unmatched position in the industry due to its deep software development capabilities, automotive-grade industrialization and systems integration. This is hard to argue with when considering Aptiv’s notably acquisition of expert companies, such as Wind River for $4.3 billion.
The company recently announced plans to buy Italy’s Intercable Automotive Solutions, which will boost Aptiv’s high voltage power portfolio whilst deepening its footprint in Europe.
