I am given the freedom to work on all areas of development: front-end, back-end and design. I'm often given the space to do my own research and experimentation, and when I do I feel like my ideas are listened to. We have specific tasks to complete and deadlines to meet (obviously), but around that I'm trusted to work in a manner that suits me.

Artlogic is a rare find: a well established company with a history of 25 years, but the growth and dynamism of a successful startup. When I joined the company less than four years ago, there were under 20 employees; now there are over 75 and counting. It's so exciting to be part of this kind of transformation, to see the ways in which the technology we build is changing the art world, and to consider the possibilities that lie ahead.
