We are always trying to learn and apply high-end technologies to our platform. Each one of us is eager to share knowledge and learn from each other.

Although, we are a remote first company, we have many team bonding events either remote or in person and it is always fun to meet them all. Each team has each own sessions where we discuss many things from architectural decisions, optimisations, new ideas or just general news. These sessions are very valuable to build a team that works as one.

At Atellio we celebrate great work every quarter. Management is very supportive and adaptable according to employees needs. We nominate people every week who have done excellent work.

We're a small, ambitious team all working hard to build a high-quality product that reflects our users needs, while maintaining a good work-life balance. There's a high amount of enthusiasm across the team to deliver work, and it's clear that everybody really cares about the product and the company culture we're building.

At Atellio there is a culture of high trust, meaning that anyone can make suggestions within their role or broadly across the company. We also get the freedom to try new things, which I especially value as an engineer.

I really feel that the Atellio product could be utilised across a wide variety of creative teams and industries, which is a great motivator. You can also feel the amount of care taken when designing and building new features at Atellio, which makes the delivery of those features all the more satisfying.

We're building a category defining tool that enables a wide range of complex use cases through a powerful yet intuitive experience. In other words, we're trying to build something new and in doing so having to work out lots of things as we go! This means being happy switching between big picture, architectural / conceptual thinking and the relative detail of how we make complex things simple for our users. It's some of the most interesting and challenging work I've done in a long while.

At Atellio there's real focus on creating a culture of openness and transparency. As well as fortnightly all hands, where every team shares their recent progress and upcoming focus, there's a monthly AMA with the CEO and regular team sessions. We use Notion extensively to share information (you can pretty much find anything you need somewhere on Notion) and Slack for ongoing conversations. More generally, everyone is super supportive and open to providing help when someone needs it.

At Atellio, taking the initiative is encouraged. There's support and guidance there when you need it but also the opportunity to shape what you work on and how you work on it.
