Audiotool is a free, cloud based music production studio which allows music creators to make, remix and collaborate on tracks in real time, as well as publish their music, which is protected by creative commons licences.
The company’s co-founders have a wealth of experience in this industry. CEO Andreas Jacobi co-founded cloud video software company Make.TV and also worked for media technology company LTN Command, as did COO Mirta Gilson, while Daniel Rowland is an Academy Award-winning Engineer & Producer.
Though founded back in 2014, the German-born company has relied on an early seed investment to grow its presence while keeping its team small. However, it has since moved HQ to the US, and even more significantly, secured major investment, with a scale up on the horizon.
