AvantStay is redefining the short-term rental experience. Unlike traditional online travel agencies that simply connect travelers with hosts, AvantStay takes full ownership and control of its properties so guests get the best experience.

Each of AvantStay's homes are thoughtfully curated by award-winning interior designers. And guests can personalize their stay through the AvantStay app, choosing from a rang of luxury add-ons like in-home spa treatments, grocery delivery, or private chef experiences.

Now, the company operates over 2,300 properties across 140 cities, with ambitious plans to expand beyond the US. As the company continues scaling, it's doubling down on both portfolio growth and innovation, investing in operational technology and partnering with companies like Allianz Partners to offer added peace of mind through trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

Sean took an MBA at Columbia Business School before working for Morgan Stanley for a year and serving as Director of Heighten. Alongside being Operating Advisor of Northern Lights Music Festival since 2013, they co-founded AvantStay in 2017.
