Our take
Repairing a property can be time-consuming and unpredictable, particularly when a full-scale renovation requires many niche skills. Finding traders with the necessary skills at short notice can be difficult and pricing can be volatile, and without a renovation coordinator, there is no guarantee that a project will be completed within satisfactory time and quality constraints.
BOSSCAT provides an online home repair service marketplace, allowing property sellers, buyers, realtors, and enterprises to hire on-demand licensed and insured renovation professionals. The marketplace provides accurate next-day pricing, and every project within the platform is managed by a dedicated project coordinator to ensure that each project detail is completed successfully.
The company has raised significant funding which it is investing into research and development and building out the functionality of its platform. It is also opening new offices with an aim to expand to more than 30 markets in the near future. Facing only legacy competition, BOSSCAT is well poised to completely disrupt a traditionally analog industry.
