We are still a small and dynamic business so cross collaboration is paramount for our success. I have never been in a business before where every team is not only passionate about their own goals but also so onboard to help out across the whole business where needed. No-one is ever more than a Slack away with help for any problem!

Our Leadership team are such a key part to our success and are not only inspiring but also super accessible and hands on. The business strategy is set at the beginning of the year but it is communicated (with success celebrated) every quarter so the whole team are always in the loop with changes.

The projects I have worked on at Bark have been challenging in a good way! We are encouraged to find innovative solutions, but also keep it simple by using third party tools where it makes sense. I love the balance there.

Probably my favourite thing about Bark is that I am surrounded by super intelligent people. You can see by the recruits how the high bar to entry is keeping the quality of individuals and the team really high.

It is no secret that Bark is smashing every record even throughout the pandemic. There are not many companies out there and even fewer at Bark's size that has continued to grow through these times.

Promotions happen all the time. In a very fast growing company like Bark, we have incredible opportunities for everyone entering. The team are extremely talented and there is a huge focus on offering progression to people. The whole team at Bark is super engaged. We've got a really smart team who are ambitious and care about the product and taking the business to the next level. The team bonds really well and is a social team. Particularly in the tech team, the dynamic between dev, product, design and QA is great.

Being in a company that is consistently recognised for how fast it's growing, and seeing the quarterly results continually increasing is really exciting. Knowing how many users are using the platform now and how many businesses we're helping connect with customers is really motivating. All this means the team is constantly growing so we're bringing new talent onboard and there are plenty of opportunities for responsability

We're solving some really difficult problems which no one has cracked yet. How to productise services over a broad reach of categories, as well as creating a whole suite of tools for businesses. Also with rapid growth comes scaling challenges which I haven't experienced in other companies, so I constantly feel like I'm learning about different technologies and solutions

Bark has a real focus on hiring the best talent available and they pay accordingly. Our salaries are reviewed annually and I've had two pay rises since joining. The commission structure is also uncapped and really good

The business is growing rapidly. We were 46 employees at the start of COVID and will finish the year with over 100. It's such a great family vibe of hard working, incredibly talented people here. It's a great place to learn and a great place to make a mark

The whole company is so excited by what we are building and the results speak for themselves. There's a real excitement about where we are taking this company and it's so exciting looking at the numbers every quarter on how much progress we've made - smashing record after record!
