Our take
Behaviour Lab's vision is to transform investment decision making, shaking up a £120 trillion active fund management industry in the process. It is setting out to do so with a SaaS platform that uses behavioural science and analytics. Already, the company has improved client fund manager returns with an insight-driven, debiasing investment process that’s added over £400M of value to clients.
This is where Behaviour Lab comes in with its decision-making SaaS platform. With an experienced team of ex-McKinsey partners, ex-banking directors and startup operators, all backed by a board boasting industry titans, and collaborating with Nobel prize winners and top academics, Behaviour Lab is shaping up to amount to big business.
Moving forward, it is building and launching two new product offerings to the market to diagnose fund manager behaviour and correct biases found over time. The hope is that by optimising decision-making processes these products will eliminate money left on the table while improving transparency for investors and regulators.

Yannis joined Behaviour Lab and within 6 months was promoted to Lead Front-End engineer. In April 2022 he was promoted to Tech Lead. In March 2023 he was promoted to Head of Engineering
Adam joined Behaviour Lab in 2019 as a graduate analyst. In 2021 he was promoted to Data Analyst. By January 2024 he had been promoted to Head of Client Delivery
