Our take

Behaviour Lab's vision is to transform investment decision making, shaking up a £120T active fund management industry in the process. It is setting out to do so with a SaaS platform that uses behavioural science and analytics. Already, the company has improved client fund manager returns with an insight-driven, debiasing investment process that’s added over £400M of value to clients.

At the heart of this transformation is Behaviour Lab's decision-making platform. The company is led by an experienced team of former McKinsey parnters, ex-banking directiors, and startup operators, all supported by a board of industry titans,. In addition, Behaviour Lab collaborates with Nobel Prize winners and top academics, positioning itself of significant success.

Moving forward, Behaviour Lab is preparing to launch two new products designed to diagnose fund manager behaviour and correct biases over time. By optimising decision-making, these products aim to eliminate missed opportunities, improve transparency for investors and regulators, and drive greater value in the industry.
