Our take
Bench is developing a new way to plan engineering projects using AI agents to design and deploy workflows. Its Hardware Engineering Automation Platform accelerates the concept-to-development process pipeline, integrating into teams' pre-existing tools and platforms.
The platform automates workflows whilst maintaining enterprise-grade security, saving time and ensuring peace of mind - so engineering teams can focus on design and R&D. Working across the entire engineering pipeline, Bench automates CAD revisions and other repetitive tasks, all with accelerated design stack automation.
A young company, Bench’s design streamlining products will appeal to start-ups and design teams that find themselves bogged down by admin. Having earned $1 million in Pre-Seed in 2025, it’ll be interesting to see how it grows its market share in the future.
