Its mobile platform includes vehicle tracking, CRM, scheduling and payment solutions, all geared towards optimising the management of field service businesses. With a customer base of over 2000 UK companies, BigChange is honing in on an overlooked niche within the crowded work management software space.
BigChanges had already established a strong presence in the UK with clients such as EDF and Sapphire Utility Solutions before it was acquired by SimPRO, an Australian workforce management company, in 2024. This will expand BigChange’s presence internationally, whilst helping SimPRO gain a foothold in the lucrative UK market.
