Bloom & Wild is an online flower delivery platform supplying a modern approach for sending flowers to loved ones. Its product approach is to sell flowers as bouquets, with smaller bouquets being able to fit through a typical UK mail slot in a small box, making it extremely easy to deliver.
The company operates across a number of countries, including Germany, France, Austria, and the Netherlands. It has utilised its two acquired businesses - Netherlands-based Bloomon, and French competitor Bergamotte - to expand the range of products it offers and reach new customers. It also launched a subscription service for consumers purchasing flowers for their own homes.
Expanding beyond its digital roots, Bloom & Wild has experimented with physical retail concepts - most notably its launch in Sainsbury’s stores. On top of international expansion, significant funding, and a unique concept, the company has become a recognised brand and surely positioned itself for a bright future.

Bloom & Wild's CEO Aron is a wonderful leader. He has built a fantastic management team and allows the SLT great autonomy. During the early stages of the Covid crisis, Aron took the incredibly brave decision to move the company to remote working despite the following week being the company's busiest in the run up to Mother's Day.
