Blueground is an incredibly challenging and fast-growing company. It's great being surrounded by talented people who are passionate about what they do. I have been enjoying the hands-on mentality of the company and the collectiveness we have with each other when needed.

There is a program called BG Nomads that gives me huge flexibility to work from different locations. I had the opportunity to relocate to another country but other colleagues often work from different locations within their country.

Blueground is growing fast and has proven its resilience to adversity during covid. There is a high caliber engineering team in place that will double in size this year which creates exciting opportunities for growth!

There are perks around getting top notch equipment and setting up a work from anywhere office but the one I like the most is the 2 weeks per year for free in BG apartments! I use this perk in major European cities or even go to LA or Dubai.

The ability to choose where you work from based on your daily schedule gives peace of mind. Busy day with meetings, working from home in a quiet home set up is ideal. Looking for collaboration and meeting in person, the ability to visit the office is great.
