Company mission

To reduce the complexity of immigration and empower ambitious people, wherever they are.

Our take

Immigration sponsorship is generally complicated, resource-intensive and time-consuming for employers. Borderless aims to combat this with its immigration platform that combines human expertise with cutting-edge technology.

Originally founded to support care providers battling with staff shortages, Borderless now works with over 300 organisations. Through the platform, these businesses have supported more than 2,000 individuals through sponsorship.

By handling all the complexities of immigration compliance, Borderless enables companies to employ skilled workers regardless of where they are from in the world - without having to dedicate time and resources away from their core activities.
