Our take

Customer logistics, including returns management, can be difficult for large companies to effectively manage. It is still common practice for companies to destroy returned items and overstock as there is no great alternative.

BuyBay was created to bridge this gap, offering a full-service solution for businesses to better serve customers. The company handles & sorts products and resells them to new owners, for the best possible price. The company has quickly differentiated itself in the market through the development of its own algorithms, with clients now including bol.com, blokker, acer, fyf, and DPD.

BuyBay strongly believes in continual innovation and continues to invest into its return management system. In the future, the Amsterdam-based company looks to consolidate existing ties with organisations in the Netherlands and ultimately forge relationships with clients across Europe.
