Our take

Becoming carbon neutral is now a top priority for companies across Europe. In order to successfully make Europe net zero, businesses must hit compliance targets and minimize/offset carbon emissions. This is where Berlin-based CEEZER comes in.

CEEZER is a marketplace that aims to support its clients to decarbonise their operations. The company offers businesses a way to integrate both carbon removal and avoidance credits in portfolios, making the complex voluntary carbon market considerably more accessible.

The company has already passed several successful funding rounds and acquired many customers including the likes of DAX30. Though the market for this type of company is fairly saturated, the demand is so large that it shouldn’t be an issue for CEEZER to build and maintain a solid footprint in the sector.
