Catalant operates similarly to a recruitment agency in that it problem-solves and does the searching for its users, though it specialises in the freelance field. Users can opt to implement Catalant "as a program", where it acts as an “always on” resourcing layer, or alternatively on a project-by-project basis - meaning the company is able to serve a wide range of clientele.
With the ability to find the right talent and experts quickly and at scale, the company has grown to be trusted by the likes off Shell and Crocs, as well as supporting numerous other clients across the financial, accounting, sales and marketing sectors.
