Our take

From tiny mom-and-pop stores to multinational corporations, community is at the heart of every business – whether they know it or not. Commsor gives its customers a community operating system that ties together their community data, providing insight into its members and what channels they use to engage with the company. This also demonstrates which parts of its community could eventually lead to revenue.

Focusing on enterprise and B2B, Commsor is aware that the community industry still remains an afterthought for many companies, although more startups are creating community budgets and positions for community managers.

Commsor does a lot to push the importance of community, partnering with companies on a Community-Led Declaration, launching its C School program to help community managers learn the trade, and growing its Community Club.

Commsor have raised considerable funding and they are planning to use funds to expand the team and further develop the tools and programs they offer. The company have strategically acquired Meetsy, Caravel, and Port, helping boost the solutions Commsor can provide to companies.
