Cosmos's mission is to enable human connection in the remote era.
Remote working is convenient, but video conferencing lacks some of the spontaneity and feeling of physical meetings. Cosmos Video's virtual space allows team members to see each other's faces and communicate in real-time, but unlike competitors such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, users get their own customizable avatars in the virtual HQ. They can move around to sit next to their colleagues and work, discuss projects in meeting rooms or simply hang out.
So far, the startup has over 10,000 daily users from hundreds of teams around the world, including those from early-stage startups, scale-ups and a few big companies such as Revolut, Citymapper and monday.com.
Cosmos is working on Windows and Mac apps of the platform as well as custom interactions to launch productivity tools. It is also increasing other features, such as more multiplayer games on the game table, to make the platform as organic as possible for remote teams.
