Alex Manisty
(Group Head of Innovation and Strategy)Has spent 24 years at DS Smith, previously as Commercial Director of European Packaging. Alex leads all Strategy and Innovation efforts at DS Smith.
Claire Dickson
(Group CIO)Previously served as CIO Downstream for BP, and Senior Manager at Accenture. Claire leads all things Digital and Tech at DS Smith.
Adrian Pinder
(Head of Digital Innovation & Growth)Previously served as Products and Solutions Transformation Director for Jacobs, Digital Solutions Transformation Director for Atkins Digital, Digital Solutions Director for GE, Interim Customer Service Work Stream Leader for Chiltern Railways. Experience in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills at the UK Home Office and as Head of UK Trade & Investment Operation for British Embassy, Sweden.
Marjolein Lem
(Group Innovation Programme Director)Previously spent nearly 13 years at Berenschot, initially as a Junior Consultant but eventually acted as a Managing Consultant.
Patricia Wyllie
(Innovation Commercial Strategy Manager)Previously acted as Manager of Strategy Consulting and Technology Investment and Partnerships for Founders Intelligence. Has served as a Junior Consultant of Strategy for AMR International, a Private Equity Practice Associate for Spencer Stuart and has Interned for Parliament, Berkeley Research Group, and Eight Roads.
Miles Roberts

The depth of expertise within the organisation is incredible. We can call upon a huge internal network to answer questions and solve problems, and many different skillsets sit close to hand within the innovation team. Not to mention fully dedicated R&D sites! This is a real asset when working on new concepts where we need to bring to market brand new services, products and business models
