Company mission

To democratise advanced AI scheduling for the waste industry.

Our take

The UK construction industry generated a massive 67.8M tonnes of waste each year (thats over 60% of the country's total). With 13% of materials wasted before even being used and transport emissions topping 9 tonnes of CO₂e per project, the need for smarter, the need for more efficient waste logistics is urgent. As the sector pushes toward greener, leaner operations, optimising how waste and materials are moved is becoming just as important as what's being built.

Dayjob is tackling this issue head on. With its AI-driven platform it plans daily vehicle routes in seconds, replacing messy spreadsheets with smart, instant decisions that make operations far more efficient

And the results are speaking for themselves, with the company boasting 5.58% more jobs done per hour and a two-month payback. With strong early traction and big-name partnerships on the horizon, Dayjob is on its way to becoming a key scheduling tool for the global waste and logistics world
