DealStack, founded in 2021, was created by private equity professionals who found traditional dealmaking practices frustrating. By enhancing existing practices, as opposed to replacing them, DealStack hopes that the industry will be keener to adopt their solutions, and that its software will become as key a part of private equity dealmaking as Word or Excel
