As the demand for secure customer interactions continues to rise, Eltropy has seen a surge in adoption of its solutions. A strategic investment from K1 in 2021 fuled the company's ability to scale operations and enhance its digital communications platform, positioning it to meet the growing demand.

And in 2023, it expanded its footprint further, partnering with banks like TruWest to roll oput advanced video banking solutions, including the fraud-busting 'video verify'. Additionally, a collaboration with the automated origination platform, Origence, is improving communication across the credit industry, helping institutions stay ahead in an increasingly digital world.
