The team at Embeddable are all super smart. It's really great to be surrounded by people who are intelligent and opinionated, and also care about what we're doing. I feel confident that I'm around people who challenge me to be better, and who I can go to when I need help.

Everyone's opinion is valued at Embeddable, and everyone is open to debate. When things aren't going well, we talk about it and figure out the way forward, and when things are going great, we make sure everyone knows what's going great and why. I feel I can talk openly about my opinions and speak my mind.

Our fully remote team is amazing. We get together a few times a year which provides a great opportunity to get to know each other better. We have a great time digging into projects, as well as cycling around Berlin on a beer bike! 🤩

We all have a life outside of work and sometimes need to step out on short notice to run to a last-minute appointment - we have the flexibility to do so. If we feel more productive working from a coffee shop, park or Paris - we're also free to do so!

I have a little boy and as it usually happens with young children - they get all sorts of bugs which means I sometimes need to take time off to look after him. Sometimes it's a short notice, and I know that I can take time off to be there for him which is amazing!
