Our take
Founded by two musicians, Encore understand the challenges artists face in finding bookings. Looking to make the booking process less painful, the founders built a platform tailor-suited to them. Encore is a UK based marketplace that lets you find and book a musician or band online.
In a move to make the members of the music industry even more accessible, Encore launched an online product dubbed 'musical messages'. This offering lets you pay one of Encore’s musicians to create and send a personalised musical message to loved ones.
The company also wants to be the most climate-friendly way to book musicians globally. It has recently announced that it will be double offsetting its artists’ travel emissions, plant a tree for every booking, and offset the footprint of the entire Encore team.
