Great flexibility with working hours and complete flexibility when working from home/in-office. This flexibility allows work to fit in with personal life commitments and you can still work for a great company when living outside of London.

The mission of supporting small businesses is at the forefront of everything we do day-to-day. Meeting small businesses face-to-face at events is a very rewarding experience. I love that we strive to do good and help people.

Enterprise Nation has a very diverse team and is dedicated to ensuring that this will always be the case. We also focus on prioritising diversity with our programmes and support that we offer, which is also great to ensure no small business owner is excluded from receiving the help they need.

The onboarding at Enterprise Nation is welcoming and thorough. It doesn't just stop after week 2, and there's a range of material and content to access. It's all laid out clearly in a project management tool, and managers are accountable to make sure it's going to plan. It felt like I was really watched over and supported.

It's been clear from the offset that this is something Enteprise Nation does really well! We're encouraged to work wherever we feel our best, whether that's at home or in the office or a coworking space. I feel there's a real emphasis on trusting people to do their work, wherever they may be, and even flexibility about hours. The Flexible Working Policy is really clear.
