Ephemeral Tattoo

The transparency at Ephemeral is unparalleled. From the CEO all the way down, everyone is encouraged to openly share information about what they're working on and why. This allows us all to be bought in to the mission and understand the impact of our work, as well has having input on other parts of the company's operations.

We have such an incredibly inclusive environment that truly encourages people from diverse backgrounds to join the team and deliver all they have to offer. The CEO has done a great job of including everyone's voices- even those of our retail staff- in discussions around how the brand comments on current events such as the overturning of Roe V. Wade and other socio-political events.

Truly one of the greatest inventions of this century. Never in my life did I imagine a real tattoo would be anything other than permanent. It is so exciting to watch the product develop and grow. Where else can I work on a product that is this innovative and unique?

The onboarding at Ephemeral was focused on meeting the overall team and deep diving into the company's values and mission. There were many opportunities to speak to founders and decision makers throughout my first week. By the end of week 1, I knew what the objectives and focuses were for Ephemeral as well as who were the key stakeholders I would be working with.

I've never worked with a team or company where leadership is very open to talk about current state of the company whether is finances, future goals and objectives. It's also nice to know that leadership is always in tune with current events and is always willing to have a dialouge at large on what they can do better to improve diversity and inclusion.

One thing I love about Ephemeral is how diverse the team is. With "Tattoo for all" being one of the core missions, it's important for Ephemeral to prioritize diversity in everything we do. When there's a mix in different perspectives, there's better decision making and better insights on how the world works.
