Our take
FANtium is an NFT-based athlete investment platform where fans get the opportunity to connect, engage and invest in their favourite athletes.
While there are already many Web3 initiatives within the sports space which often favor major sports stars such as Tom Brady, FANtium sets itself apart by focusing on up and coming talent.
Founded in 2022, FANtium is still in the early stages of its development but has already received backing from impressive investors including Lucas von Cranach (One Football), Sebastian Borget (Sandbox COO & Co-Founder) as well as tennis professional Dominic Thiem.
