- Our Belonging Employee Circle is an employee-led community focused on making FeedbackFruits a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace. It is made up of employees from across the business who feel passionately about fostering a workplace where everyone feels safe to be their authentic selves. They plan quarterly actions, as well as partner with the People & Culture and management team on strategic projects.
- Each year, we survey our employees to gain a comprehensive understanding of our DE&I landscape. This helps us gauge employee sentiment about diversity and representation, equity in performance management, inclusion in company policies and culture, and sense of belonging, connection and psychological safety.
