Great reviews have become one of the most critical parts of any marketing campaign. Indeed, Feefo has found that in research among 2,000 consumers, 96% read or use reviews. It's never been more important for companies to understand how their customers are feeling, and that's where Feefo comes in. Their artificial intelligence tools enable businesses to comb through feedback rapidly, spotting trends and truly getting to know their customers (without ever being intrusive).

In August 2021, Feefo acquired London-based consumer reviews and feedback business Reevoo, as part of its expansion strategy. The two companies combined currently support 4,000 brands globally including Kia, Currys PC World, Expedia. Future product innovation for the enlarged business will likely continue to focus on strengthening its offering to provide even more valuable data driven insight to clients.
