Company mission

Fides is on a mission to enable good governance globally.

Our take

Fides offers general counsels, and other legal and compliance staff, the tools to manage all their corporate governance tasks on one digital platform. Though only launched in 2021, the company has a number of well-known customers including luxury watch merchant Chrono24 and VC fund Headline.

While corporate governance demands are growing rapidly, especially from investors, the space is still heavily dependent on lawyers who, given the laborious nature of the work, are prone to human error. The founders behind Fides have identified quite a gap in the market, pointing out that though demand and workload is growing, laws don’t change very often and can be more effectively managed digitally.

Having raised significant VC funding, Fides is now set on growing its team and refining the AI element of its software in a bid to automate as many parts of the governance workflow as possible.
