Our take
Fifth Dimension AI is advertised as a “co-pilot” for real estate companies. Its product- nicknamed “Ellie”- automates tasks such as data analysis, number crunching, and asset management.
AI is transforming the real estate industry, and Fifth Dimension is one of the growing number of companies operating in this space. What sets it apart is the extensive experience of the co-founders. Johnny has 16 years’ experience applying data and analytics to Real Estate, their GTM niche, and Kate’s got a PhD in Linguistics from Stanford and 12 years’ CPTOing across Silicon Valley and London startups.
The early-stage business is backed by European and American investors. With its Beta product already being used by some of the biggest names in real estate (like Hamptons), Fifth Dimension has expanded its team and continues to build out the product.
