Modern-day breathwork has been around since the 1960s, with individuals like Wim Hoff and Dan Brule pioneering the technique for decades. As the health benefits have become more well known, it has attracted millions of people to being practising it and companies like Nike and NASA to start offering breathwork sessions to employees. Set within a space receiving increasing traction, FivePointFive has great potential to build a significant business that impacts lots of people.
