Our take

Fixably is a global after-sales software provider that helps repair businesses reduce waste in a bid to become the biggest circular economy platform in the world. Its suite of integrated tools enables technicians and repair shops to perform and follow-up repairs, handle internal resources and workflows, monetary transactions, logistics, customer communication, Apple requirements, and more.

Its flagship product “Fixably Repair” is the ‘software that fixes hardware’ and empowers repair shops and technicians to increase their overall efficacy. Fixably launched its second product in mid-2023 called “Fixably Refurb” - the first purpose-built software for the refurbished sector - which expands the company’s ability to serve the aftersales market.

With a fresh injection of capital and the release of its new product, Fixably is well set to strengthen and expand its global presence.
