Our take
Flexcavo founders noted that the construction industry had been left behind by the acceleration of digitalization. Inefficient use of machinery in construction also poses a sustainability problem. Looking to solve these issues, the company uses two main business models.
Firstly, it rents construction equipment from well-known manufacturers to construction companies of all sizes. Secondly, it develops software solutions for digital fleet management.
