Our take
Floww is a data-driven marketplace and ecosystem for startups, VCs and investors. The whole investment relationship is managed online through a secure infrastructure that allows both startups and investors to benefit from a data-rich connected network.
Floww was founded in 2016 by Martijn De Wever who, having made more than 160 investments himself, was fully aware of the need for a platform freeing the relationship between investors and startups from both cultural and racial bias while building a solid foundation of clean data, merit and transparency.
Floww charges a monthly fee to VCs, family offices, accelerators and PE firms. Startups have free access to a suite of tools and materials to get started, from cap table templates to “How To” guides, with the chance to sign up for a premium model to contact multiple VCs. A startup’s digital profile includes dynamic charts and tables, allowing potential investors to fully understand the company’s business.
Its continued plans focus on growing the marketplace of startups and investors, with the concrete chance to engage with the private equity industry in the near future.
