Internships are found time and again to increase hireability in graduates by significant margins. However, with access and quality issues common across all sectors of internships, there is real room for improvement.
Forage (previously InsideSherpa) is a platform offering free open-access short form internships hosted virtually, and tailored to experience working at big-name companies including JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Accenture.
The company continues to grow out its product offerings, investing most recent series B funding into expanding its curriculum of programs on offer, whilst developing its core product, the Virtual Work Experience Programs, simulating real work that employees would undertake in a potential position.
