Our take
Every year, self-employed workers struggle to work out their taxes, a process that can be difficult to do manually and leads to individuals paying more than necessary. Whilst larger businesses have financial management platforms and advisors to minimize this, self-employed individuals do not have access to such tools and thus waste time and money through the self-assessment process.
Formations provide tax and financial management for self-employed individuals in the form of a tax structure called S-Corp, leveraging this with automation to help businesses save money, reduce paperwork, and boost productivity.
Whilst there is no denying that personal finance applications have become highly prevalent in recent years, Formations have been smart to recognize that there are still no applications for singular self-employed workers. The company also stands out by offering its business clients Fortune 500 benefits, empowering its customers to thrive without the normal stresses of self-employment.
