Our take

In London, second homes can be left empty 80-90% of the time. Co-ownership not only enables sustainable maintenance and occupation of homes, but it also makes higher price bracket homes more accessible to buyers that otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford that property.

Having recently come out of stealth, Fractal is a proptech startup focusing on this niche and re-inventing second home co-ownership. Through its platform, Fractal's clients can own, use and sell fractional interests in luxury residential properties across European cities.

The early stage company has already secured backing from leading venture capital firms and private credit funds, setting itself up to break into the industry in an impactful way.
