Our take
GaiaLens is an early stage Fintech that launched in 2021. Their AI driven analytics platform evaluates the analysis of platforms and portfolios globally and offers real time ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) scoring for investors.
The company is designed to help asset owners, asset managers, and pensioners fill gaps in ESG data and test listed companies’ self-certified ESG claims. The product has been created with the belief that economic value creation can and should be combined with environmental stewardship, social inclusion and sound governance.
Currently, less than 10% of public companies provide key social and governance data needed for ESG disclosure. Having only recently launched, GaiaLens already has thorough ESG-related data from approximately 17,000 public companies. Enabling investors to easily access, analyze and score that data in a highly consistent and systematic way will be key in setting GaiaLens apart in the market.
