Unlike other leading consultancy firms, it places focus on behavioural science, with founding members being research fellows in anthropology.
Ultimately, Gemic represents a refreshing shift in the strategies and theoretical underpinnings of consultancy firms. Long thought of as harbingers of job cuts, Gemic is reshaping the idea of consultancy by placing an onus on emerging technologies and theories, rather than redundancy packages.
