Company mission

To continuously test LLM applications to prevent hallucinations & security issues.

Our take

Giskard was created when its founders saw difficulties with AI projects because of misunderstandings from business stakeholders and a lack of robustness of the AI workflow. To address this, the company makes it easier to monitor AI models and get actionable alerts.

This includes solving problems around monitoring, such as “dashboard fatigue” where people pay less attention to monitoring after it has been deployed for a while. Giskard has a wide user base, including mature organisations who set up rolling on-call schedules for their engineers and invest in debugging tools to solve issues faster.

The company has secured major clients such as L'Oreal, Webedia and Continuity. And has also raised considerable funding that will aid the commercialisation of its offering, sustained hiring efforts, and the investigation of new fields including computer vision, time series, and generative AI.
