The Good Food Institute is a non-profit organization whose aim is to make alternative proteins the default choice for people. The focus on the alternative protein industry is growing rapidly, with the sector raising $3.1 billion in investments in 2020.
Good Food Institute differentiate themselves through having never patented their solutions. Instead, their research and data are open-access in order to support the progress of the alternative protein movement.
