To help grow the number of people living and working in space.
Seattle-based Gravitics is an aerospace company that designs and manufactures large space structures which act as the building blocks for human life in space. In doing so, the company is facilitating the growth in the number of people living and working in space.
Despite only being founded in 2021, the company recently raised impressive capital to develop and build StarMax, a flexible-use space station module that will provide up to 400 cubic meters of usable habitable volume. They are backed by a successful team, including Dr. Bill Tandy, former Mission Architect for Blue Origin’s Orbital Reef space station, and Scott Macklin, former Head of Propulsion at Virgin Orbit.
