Our take
Guider provides a simple scalable mentoring software that combines AI-technology and industry leading expertise to match and grow mentoring relationships inside organisations. Guider partners with global brands to implement effective and scalable programmes to help their people grow and develop. Their tailored mentoring and coaching programmes help drive internal initiatives in areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Women in Leadership and High-Potentials.
Their methodology grows mentoring relationships, but also incorporates tracking their progress and streamlines the communication and feedback between mentors and mentees. The use of AI in learning and development within companies is an innovative application for bridging technology and human relationships.
Guider received early support from the Founders Factory accelerator. They are already working with well-known brands, including Marks & Spencer, LVMH and EY.

Guider practices what we preach, especially in terms of supporting staff wellbeing and encouraging development. Coaching style management is more common across the wider team, and it makes such a difference to be encouraged and not micromanaged. Everyone has autonomy over their tasks, and from personal experience, my manager is so supportive and I'm really glad to have her help and advice when I need it.
