Guider provides a simple scalable mentoring software that combines AI-technology and industry leading expertise to match and grow mentoring relationships inside organisations. Guider partners with global brands to implement effective and scalable programmes to help their people grow and develop. Their tailored mentoring and coaching programmes help drive internal initiatives in areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Women in Leadership and High-Potentials.
Their methodology grows mentoring relationships, but also incorporates tracking their progress and streamlines the communication and feedback between mentors and mentees. The use of AI in learning and development within companies is an innovative application for bridging technology and human relationships.
